5-ingredient Chinese chicken salad
Serves 6 | Per serving: ~300 cal | 25g protein | 5g fiber
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or pre-cooked works great)
1/2 bag shredded carrots (1.5 cups)
1 bag shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix) (12 oz bag)
1/3–1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, carrots, cabbage, and slivered almonds.
