Strawberry Chia Yogurt Bowl
Strawberry season in Charleston means one thing—getting out to the farms and bringing home the freshest berries you can find. After a Sunday stop at Ambrose Family Farm in Wadmalaw, South Carolina, I left with the sweetest, juiciest strawberries… and immediately knew they deserved something simple and nourishing.
This strawberry chia yogurt bowl has quickly become one of my go-to prep-ahead breakfasts (or snacks). It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with protein and fiber to keep you full and energized for hours. Plus, it’s the kind of recipe that feels a little elevated but comes together with minimal effort—perfect for busy weeks when you still want something supportive and satisfying on hand.
If you’re looking for a gut-friendly meal-prep staple that highlights seasonal produce, this one checks all the boxes.
